Silhouette files wont download

The CSV file opening as a new tab in Safari. I'm using a Mac. After trying for a couple of weeks, this morning I discovered if I click the CSV button with two fingers - equivalent of right click, there is an option to "download linked file". Because I personally have the Designer Edition upgrade, the SVG, DXF, and PNG files are all capable of being opened in Silhouette. The EPS file, however, will not open.
